A series of methodologies and processes can be used in order to develop and use an information system. The use of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is a systematic procedure of developing an information system through stages that occur in sequence will be a big help to the developers in developing the organizations operation. This can be accomplished by outsourcing certain components or the entire system. Capabilities of the information system and characteristics of the organization, its work systems, its people, and its development and implementation methodologies together determine the extent to which that purpose is achieve.
The information technology development established record for publishing quality research and influencing practice for business, is the first idea to be used by several company and to have explicitly addressed global information technology issues and opportunities that are very useful in the fields of business. With this System Development Plan it would be easier for the company to manage business transaction and explain production as well as problem of the business. It would be good to plan for the system that plays the most important role in a business especially in an information system that would probably would help the company information secure. It would be a lot manageable for us. It publishes social and technical research on the effects of Information Technology (IT) on economic, social and human development. It is the fastest way to make the objectives of the company Y successful in producing the chemicals for their clients. It is also a great help to the employees to access the information easier. 2. Comment on the relationship of IS and the organization.
Information system and organization are two different aspect but it is interrelated to each other. As we say the decision we made in information system greatly affect on the stand of organization. This relationship between information systems and changes in the organization of modern enterprise, both within and across firms. As we all know higher education institution poured millions of dollars into information technologies to increase the effectiveness of organization and information system, but still many institution face difficulty in integrating this institution to improved knowledge work and effective decision making. Reading some of the sources about the relationship of this two terms I could really say that the revolution in information systems merits special attention as both cause and effect of the organizational transformation. As what have been stated this can be illustrated by considering two key variables: the location of information and the location of decision rights in organizations. The relationship of the IS and Organization is that it is useful for the organization to have IS, because it is going to ensure the manufacture needed and it is going to reduce their inventory another one is that it has the potential for planning their materials right the way through the whole of the manufacturing process. It is also going to enable them to plan the utilization of their people much better. It also able to bring the organization to have more business without having to go to the corporation and ask for more capital. Therefore it fulfills a number of problems that the organizations are facing with.
3. 3. Describe the impact of the IS and give your own reflections.
The impact of the IS is that it has to do with the way they wanted to implement the company wide. They no longer have to rely on step by step processes and a paper trail to perform everyday transactions. It also made the work faster and it enables to store information without using the manual process. Then it will helps the employees realize that the opportunity to bring more fundamental changes in some areas of the company that they didn't even contemplate right at the very beginning depends upon the people. And also enable them to ensure the data accurate. They will able to pull information out of the computer easier than they can get hold of the information at the moment. IT has automated many of these key management activities. For example, e-mail has accelerated communication while the Internet allows urgent access to branch offices, bank accounts and information. While beneficial, Information System has also created a host of new challenges, such as data security and compliance. Because of the explosion of electronic data, many executives are feeling the pressure to better manage critical information.
In my own opinion, Information System greatly affects our lives. It helps the organizations works to be more productive, efficient and accessible. We do rely on the information system resulting us to be machine-dependent individual. Our mentality dictates that depending on IS greatly help us a lot. But we never consider that although it help our works to be more efficient and productive, it also contribute one major problem in our economy. Information System causes loss of jobs, it is because once an organization’s manual system were transformed into an automated one, it means that there is a minimization of man power because IS can cater some functions a human can do. I have no grievances towards the IS but what I want is “we must have a self-awareness for its contributions because we are the one who will be responsible for its risks “.

4. 4. Elaborate all the negative impact of the IS in the organization and give your justified suggestions or recommendations such that they can be reduced or avoided.
The machine response was very slow to start with, it’s still not particularly good at the moment, but that was a major stumbling material from the warehouse to the plants which makes them complicated. It gives wrong information; it is dependent to the system and dependent to co-workers. The system also doesn’t give the precise information so the people are having a hard time second guessing the right information. In short the accuracy, in my own opinion is that teamwork is important in the system because they need all the help that they can get from the people that are working on the system, but what they have now are workers that are dependent. Some of the people are not performing well on their tasks because they cannot see any improvement on the system that they are working. Sometimes teamwork can be also become a disadvantage because some of the member in the group only depends on the people working. They really need to consult it expert to fix their system so that they can have a solution in the accuracy level. Another thing is that they have technical problems that it does not work correctly the system never work on a technical basis it just wasn't capable of working the thing it would fall to a problem that can solve a lot of money. They must have maintenance to be hired so that if the machine has technical problems it will fix on time so that they are not going to wait more time to have the machine okay.
5. 5. Give your reflections on the ethical issues relating to the given IS planning and implementation.
. It is because they don't do enough requirements analysis they didn't do enough systems analysis. its the result, they have very broad outline requirement but they didn't do in the correct amount of details, it was done by the user. they must not take the advantage that someone is there to do the job. sometimes being calm and relax especially being too confident dependent to others leads us to disaster. they should do the things that can help to the user. they are also responsible to manage all the requirements so that they also know the standing of the company.
The given IS planning and implementation has caused some righteous issues in the workplace. The employees can have enough training and workshops that might help the in achieving the goal of the company but the problem is the employees didn’t dig up during important activity.
The best way to implement and enforce an ethical and social responsibility in the IT environment is to educate IT professionals. Ethical and social issues in Information Technology education should produce IT graduates aware of social and critical issues created by computers. The IT professionals need to understand their role in contributing to the society and human well-being is an essential aim of computing professionals and also the minimum of negative consequences of computing systems, including threats to health and safety, should be the paramount goal of all the IT professionals.
